Does
Hidden Camera have to be installed on every computer on my network to work?
No. Hidden Camera only has to be installed on the computer or computers that
you want to be able to monitor from and you will be able to see the activities
of all users on your network.
What
kind of networks does Hidden Camera work on?
Hidden Camera can be used on any standard type of network (most are either hub
or switch based). If you operate on a switched network, you will need to add a
simple hub in front of your network switch in order to see all users on your
network. If you are operating on a hub based network, no additional hardware is
necessary.
What
if I cannot get Hidden Camera to work on my network?
Contact us and we will assist you to get the software successfully installed on
your network.
How I can monitor my employees from home through the Internet?
A. If you want to monitor your employees through the Internet
and you have a router in office, use a proxy settings, see
camera settings on the manager PC.
B. If you want to monitor your employees through the Internet
and receive Internet service in office from a dialup,
cable, or DSL provider, it is likely that you
have a dynamic IP address that changes fairly
frequently for employee PC.
This can be a problem if you would like
to connect to this employee PC from manager PC.
For example, a dynamic IP address every
time changes for employee PC, so you will
cannot connect from your manager PC.
With a static hostname from dyndns.com
(or thatip.com or another) dynamic DNS service
you can instead enter on the manager PC (cameras settings)
an easy-to-remember name that always stays updated.
Camera ... is not functioning.....
Have you a secure software like 'Zone Alarm' or 'Symantec Norton AntiVirus' that can block all network software?

How to hide the 'Hidden Camera' item from the 'Add/Remove program' window of the control panel on all employees PCs?
After installation of the 'Employee' component on the employee computer, just run the 'Uninstall.exe'
file.
The 'Employee' program will not delete, but the 'Hidden Camera' item will remove from the 'Add/Remove program' window of the control panel.
Also, you can install the 'Employee' component through the 'Quick installer' module from the 'Add-on.zip' file.
We have two individuals who will need to have the manager program on their computer and will need to monitor the same pc's. Is this possible with you product?
Yes, it is possible. The Hidden Camera 250x1 software has two channels.
Our customers usually use the second channel for webcam monitoring, but you can use it for second manager.
Add the same camera at second manager's PC and set the 4011 port in camera settings. The first channel uses the 4010 port for fist manager's PC, the second channel uses next port 4011.
But the second manager will can monitor real time with recording only and he cannot use the off-line mode in version 2.29, the first manager will can use all modes.
